Brandon Yip, known as Yipper, was born in Vancouver, Canada of Chinese and Irish parents. He played his college hockey at Boston University where he won a National Championship before playing 5 seasons in the NHL. After the NHL he moved to China playing for the Beijing RedStars in the KHL, and is currently still overseas in Finland. He is preparing to represent China in the 2022 Olympic Games in Beijing. Yipper is a founding TorchPro athlete and sat down with us to walk us through his career journey!
