(Daytona Beach, FL) Up until this year,  Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing driver Chris Buescher has only won two times but the journeyman driver has now won three times this season.  Buescher picked up the win Saturday night at the Daytona International Speedway with team owner Brad Keselowski in a photo finish for second.  Aric Almorola and Chase Elliott ran third and fourth, and short of those two winning, they are eliminated from the NASCAR playoffs.  Joey Logano took fifth but he is in the post season.

The action was intense with several high profile accidents.  Ryan Preece was turned by Erik Jones and flipped ten times.  The Stewart-Haas driver was taken to the hospital for observation but announced on Social Media that he was coming back.  Ryan Blaney was involved in a twelve car accident at the end of stage two.

While Elliott and Almorola had their playoff hopes eliminated, Bubba Wallace was able to hold on to the final playoff spot.  Martin Truex Jr capped the regular season points title with five time winner William Byron on his heels.  Justin Allgaier won the Xfinity race at Daytona and Grant Enfinger captured the Camping World Truck race at Milwaukee.
